This is the only work in the exhibition that is not related to music. It is one of Chris Gollon’s last paintings, completed shortly after he finished the series of 23 'Gimme Some Wine' paintings, and just before his untimely death in April 2017. It is an image that still seems extraordinarily and defiantly alive.
