We’re delighted to be collaborating with the award-winning chef owner Michael Fowler. After three decades in professional kitchens around the world, and just a 15-minute drive from our Monmouth viewing studio in the Wye Valley AONB, Michael has opened Simply Wild; bringing a relaxed fine dining experience to the little market town of Coleford, in the heart of the beautiful Forest of Dean.
Chris Gollon (1953 - 2017) had a lifelong passion for cooking and fine wine, so we are delighted to add to the warmth and conviviality of Michael’s restaurant with some of Chris’s imagery. Authorised by the Chris Gollon Estate and printed by the Goldmark Atelier on 330gsm Somerset fine art paper, we have published a series of 10-colour fine art giclée reproductions of Chris’s still life paintings. These can now be enjoyed while dining at Simply Wild and are also available from our website: prints.
